What is the concentration of SCENT64 fragrances?
SCENT64 specializes exclusively in Extrait de Parfum. This is the highest tier of fragrance concentration, containing between 25% to 40% pure aromatic oils. Compared to standard Eau de Parfum (15-20%), our extraits offer a richer profile and significantly better sillage and longevity.
How long will the scent last on my skin?
Our masterfully blended fragrances are designed for all-day performance. On average, you can expect 8 to 12 hours of longevity on skin and up to 24-48 hours on fabrics. Note that heavier notes like Oud, Amber, and Musk naturally last longer than fresh citrus or floral notes.
Are the ingredients ethically sourced?
Yes. We pride ourselves on ethical luxury. All our raw materials are sourced from sustainable plantations globally. We are 100% Cruelty-Free; we do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulas.
How should I store my perfume bottles?
Fragrances are sensitive to light and heat. To maintain peak quality, store your bottles in a cool, dry, dark environment (ideally within their original SCENT64 box). Avoid storing them in bathrooms where humidity and temperature fluctuate rapidly.

Shipping & Terms of Sale

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
No. To ensure our patrons receive their orders as quickly as possible, our fulfillment center processes transactions immediately. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected. We recommend a final review of your cart and address before payment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products and to guarantee the absolute purity of our fragrances, all sales at SCENT64 are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once the product has left our facility.
What if my bottle arrives damaged or leaked?
While we take extreme care in packaging, accidents during transit can happen. If your product is physically damaged, you must email customersupport@scent64.com within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and unboxing photos/videos. Verified transit damage claims are eligible for a free replacement.
How much do I have to spend for Free Shipping?
Complimentary shipping is automatically applied to all orders over ₹1,000. For orders under this amount, a small flat delivery fee is added at checkout.

Why is my coupon code not working?
