Due to strict hygiene protocols and the delicate nature of premium fragrances, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or sealed products.

Exceptions for Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, you must contact our Concierge team within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Requirement: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide an uncut, unedited video proof of unboxing and opening the package. Claims submitted without valid video evidence will be respectfully declined.
